The Boston Key Gala is the American Cancer Society’s premier fundraising gala in New England, raising funds for the annual operating costs of the Hope Lodge in Boston. The 2024 Boston Key Gala will be taking place on Friday, October 18, 2024, at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. Attracting 300+ area business leaders, philanthropists, and high-net-worth individuals, the Boston Key Gala features a cocktail reception, seated dinner, a program with a live auction, and a mission moment to directly support the Hope Lodge in Boston. The evening is capped off with live entertainment and dancing.

We are thrilled to welcome Emmy Award-winning journalist Joyce Kulhawik, as the emcee for the 2024 Boston Key Gala.
As the Arts & Entertainment Anchor for CBS-Boston, Joyce’s pioneering reporting encompassed local and international red-carpet coverage of the Oscars, Emmys, and Grammys. As a 3X cancer survivor, Joyce testified before Congress on the 20th anniversary of The National Cancer Act. She was the honorary chair of the ACS Spring Fundraising campaign “Daffodil Days” for 25 years. Joyce was also among the key participants in founding Hope Lodge in Boston which began to take shape in her living room! Joyce has won countless awards for her advocacy including the ACS Bronze Medal for her work.
